旬のホタルイカに、甘辛さと酸味をきかせた韓国酢味噌を合わせました。
噛むほどにホタルイカの旨みが広がり、あとから酢味噌の辛みが重なって、お酒も自然と進みます。

焼肉の前に、まずはさっぱりと。
重たくなりすぎず、ひと口目から気分よく楽しめる春の前菜です。
