~Onion Butter Sauce
The lean meat of Japanese black beef, which is full of flavor, is cut into easy-to-eat steaks.
The surface is baked savory and finished with a layer of hot onion butter sauce.
The gentle sweetness of onions and the richness of butter.
While enveloping the strength of the red meat, the aftertaste is light and cohesive.
Heat slowly and low.
When the butter begins to melt, dip them in the sauce.
This dish is an extension of yakiniku, yet properly memorable.
This is a winter-only offering that goes well with the evening in Jiyugaoka.
